If you want to make sure Crowded Igloo emails reach your inbox, whitelist the following e-mail address: storm_aki@crowdedigloo.com

Whitelisting tells your e-mail service that you recognize and trust a sender and want legitimate messages from that address delivered to your inbox.

The exact method varies between e-mail providers. Gmail may use Contacts and a Never send it to Spam filter, while Outlook provides a dedicated Safe Senders list.

Other providers may use terms such as:

  • Safe sender
  • Not spam
  • Not junk
  • Move to Inbox
  • Add to Contacts

Whitelisting cannot override every company or server-level security policy, but it gives your mailbox a strong signal that you want to receive messages from the sender.

Only whitelist e-mail addresses that you recognize and trust.
